Yes---most likely.  We will  schedule a time for a dedicated project consultant to verify any variables that may be specific to your project.  These variables may include items our software may not have identified such as height of roof,  roof deck repair due to unidentified water damage, project accesability and other incidental items that may need to be addressed.  In your roof estimate detail, we have provided additional pricing rates that may or may not apply to your roof.

Absolutely not.  We value your time as much as ours.  Your initial roof inspection verification is conducted by a project coordinator - not a salesman.  Their objective is to confirm your product selection and colors, verify roof height and slope, provide the written agreement and ensure we are able to address all of your roofing concerns.

No, but it is the best method to ensure a superior finished product.  Our pricing includes a complete roof tear off for this reason. Your estimate could be thousands less if you prefer and choose a roof overlay. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

We understand the cost of a new roof may not fit every budget.  Many times we can provide suitable repair alternatives that can extend the life of your roof for as many as 10 additional years.  With an initial inspection and necessary repairs, we will have your roof leak-free, worry free, and hassle-free for years to come with our preventive roof maintenance program.

No. We don't require any high unearned downpayments to begin the process.  We only require $499 down to secure a slot in our production calendar for your project.
